The Jackson County Seniors Fund is committed to transparency, accountability, and public access to information. As a publicly authorized fund established by Jackson County voters, we operate in accordance with the State of Missouri’s Sunshine Law.
We provide the public with timely and convenient access to meeting information, official records, and financial reports.

Missouri Sunshine Law
As a publicly authorized body, the Jackson County Seniors Fund is subject to Missouri's Sunshine Law (Chapter 610, RSMo.), which governs public meetings and public records.

To submit a formal public records request, email info@jacksoncoseniors.org with your request and contact information. All requests will be handled in accordance with Missouri law.
